Full-time About Us Superior Comfort is a family-owned heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical company based in Flat Rock, serving Downriver and Southeast Michigan. We're growing, and we need a strong leader to run our HVAC install department. The Role You'll own install from the time a job is sold to the time the system is running. That means running 6 install crews and our metal fabricator, making sure jobs go in on time and on budget, and making sure they're done right the first time. What You'll Do Lead and develop 6 install crews, our metal fabricator, and our install coordinator Review sold jobs for accuracy before they're scheduled Make sure fabricated ductwork and fittings are built right and ready before install day Manage equipment, materials, and labor to protect job margin Visit job sites and inspect quality Make sure every system is started up and commissioned the right way Keep callbacks and warranty work low Work closely with Sales, Service, and Dispatch for smooth handoffs Keep job photos and documentation complete in ServiceTitan What We're Looking For 5+ years of residential HVAC install experience 2+ years leading install crews, managing multiple crews is a big plus EPA 608 Universal Solid knowledge of code, load calcs, duct design, and startup Understands sheet metal fabrication and how it fits into the install schedule Understands job costing and margin Valid driver's license and clean driving record Michigan Mechanical Contractor license, ServiceTitan experience, or NATE certification is a plus What We Offer $85K to $100K base salary plus quarterly bonus Health insurance Paid time off 401(k) A leadership seat in a growing company with real room to make an impact Must pass a background check, MVR, and drug screen.
