Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC & Plumbing Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing systems for residential and/or commercial clients. The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality service. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork Install and service plumbing systems such as water heaters, piping, fixtures, and drainage systems Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure systems operate efficiently and safely Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components of HVAC and plumbing systems Respond to service calls and provide timely, professional customer support Accurately document work performed, parts used, and service recommendations Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good working condition Educate customers on system operation, maintenance, and potential upgrades Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 2+ years of experience in HVAC and/or plumbing service (preferred) EPA Certification (for HVAC work) required or ability to obtain Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Knowledge of plumbing systems, HVAC equipment, and diagnostics tools Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Excellent communication and customer service skills Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds Comfortable working in confined spaces, heights, and various weather conditions Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods Preferred Skills Experience with both residential and commercial systems Certifications or licenses in HVAC and/or plumbing Experience with service software or mobile dispatch tools Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay (hourly or commission-based, depending on experience) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Company vehicle and tools (if applicable) Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities Work Environment This position involves travel to customer locations and working both indoors and outdoors in a variety of conditions.
