Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional service in maintaining and repairing HVAC systems across various properties. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical expertise, troubleshoot complex systems, and ensure optimal indoor climate conditions. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and installing HVAC equipment while adhering to safety standards and building codes. Your proactive approach will help us maintain high-quality property maintenance services and keep our clients comfortable year-round. Duties Diagnose and repair a wide range of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, ventilation equipment. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately troubleshoot issues. Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend system lifespan. Install new HVAC systems, ensuring proper setup according to specifications and safety regulations. Conduct plumbing work related to HVAC systems, including refrigerant lines, drainage, and water supply connections. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and repair or modification. Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports of all repairs, installations, and inspections performed. Experience Proven experience as a service technician in HVAC or related mechanical fields with a strong understanding of HVAC/R (refrigeration) systems. Hands-on experience with construction projects involving HVAC installation or property maintenance is highly desirable. Knowledge of schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, and HVAC design principles Mechanical knowledge of motors, and other related equipment is essential. Ability to operate diagnostic tools including ohmmeters and field service equipment efficiently. Experience with plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems, and general maintenance work. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for travel between job sites.
