Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities The essential roles and responsibilities are outlined below: Work as a team to fulfill customers needs Perform preventative maintenance at Commercial/Industrial sites Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment. Experience servicing gas and steam boilers required. Experience servicing various Chiller types required. Log HVAC equipment such as refrigerant circuit, electrical circuit, condition of equipment, etc. Ability to braze, perform leak searches, and evacuation process. Understand the commercial DX equipment up to/over 25 tons, exhaust systems, heat pumps, water source heat pumps, mini-splits, electric motor controls, etc. Complete log sheets for customers as needed. Be responsive to supervisors and dispatching. Other such duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company. Qualifications and Requirements 5 years minimum Commercial HVAC Service experience
