HVAC Technician Qualifications:

3-4+ years of Commercial/Industrial HVAC/Building Automation/ATC (Automated Temperature Control) System Experience required NH Gas Fitter License required Service and/or Install exp. required Experience with Chillers, Air Dryers, and building automation controls preferred Commercial Experience required

Position Offers:

HVAC Technician Responsibilities:

Install/repair/replace various systems: hydraulic, steam, radiant, and high efficiency heating, and building automation controls Install and troubleshoot low voltage wiring for heat & hot water systems Check layout of existing heat devices and air conditioning units to plan work procedures. Obtain materials and supplies according to establish policies and procedures. Service machinery by cleaning, lubricating or replacing shafts, bearings, gears, pulleys and other parts.
