Service Technician Summary:

Climate Mechanics is looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in commercial and residential properties. The Service Technician will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with clients and team members.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, and repair HVAC systems including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and inspections of HVAC systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in HVAC systems
• Repair or replace defective parts, components, or wiring in HVAC systems
• Install new HVAC systems in commercial and residential properties
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Document all work performed in a detailed and accurate manner
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and their components
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Valid/Clean driver's license and reliable transportation
• EPA certification preferred
