Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong and extensive background in all aspects of HVAC systems including Heat Pumps, with a proven track record of independently diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems. Responsibilities

• Wire multi stage units.
• Wire and set Economizers.
• Wire up VRF units with Branch Boxes, etc.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems independently in residential and commercial settings.
• Utilize technical knowledge to diagnose malfunctions and implement appropriate solutions.
• Travel throughout New Jersey for service calls. Skills
• Proven experience in field service and equipment repair within the HVAC industry.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in reading schematics and blueprints for HVAC systems.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
