Section 608 Refrigerant Certification, Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record The Opportunity You will serve as a premier technical expert diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential heating and cooling systems for a trusted, family-owned industry leader. How You Will Make an Impact Diagnose complex electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues on residential HVAC units to ensure accurate repairs. Repair and service furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, air conditioners, and high-efficiency residential equipment safely. Educate homeowners on system status, maintenance needs, and tailored comfort solutions with full transparency. Perform thorough system tune-ups and preventative maintenance to optimize system efficiency and longevity. Maintain an organized service vehicle stocked with proper inventory to maximize efficient daily workflow. Mentor junior technicians in technical troubleshooting and high-standard customer service practices. Required Qualifications & Experience Section 608 Refrigerant Certification. Valid driver's license with a safe driving record. Proven experience independently troubleshooting and repairing residential HVAC systems in customer homes. Strong working knowledge of electrical, combustion, and control systems. Excellent customer service and communication skills to clearly explain technical issues and options to homeowners. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 4 years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience. Trade Program or Technical Certification in HVAC technology a plus. Service plumbing a plus. Compensation & Benefits Weekly pay cycle with high earning potential ($45 - $65/hr) plus performance pay and bonuses. 401(k) retirement savings program with generous 4% employer matching.
