SENIOR COMMERCIAL HVAC SERVICE MECHANIC

L & M Mechanical Services Inc. is hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Mechanic with 5-10+ years of field experience for our NYC service operation. We are a growing, non-union commercial HVAC company looking for a seasoned mechanic who wants competitive pay, benefits, steady work, and the opportunity to become an important part of our team.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

This is not an entry-level HVAC position. You should have 5-10+ years of hands-on commercial HVAC experience and be comfortable diagnosing, servicing, and repairing equipment independently. Experience should include commercial systems such as: Rooftop and packaged units Split systems Pumps and motors Compressors Refrigeration circuits Controls and electrical troubleshooting Preventive maintenance Commercial HVAC service and repair You should be able to arrive at a service call, properly diagnose the problem, communicate what is needed, and get the job done professionally.

REQUIRED

Applicants must have: 5-10+ years of commercial HVAC experience Clean, valid driver's license FDNY Certificate of Fitness for Torch Use/Burner Operations FDNY Fire Guard Certificate of Fitness Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently Ability and willingness to work throughout New York City Professional communication skills Dependability and strong work ethic Legal authorization to work in the United States
