Job Description
Air Ecology Inc. is hiring HVAC Installers for residential and light-commercial installs and replacements. We do split systems, heat pumps, mini-splits, VRF, ductwork, refrigeration piping, hydronic work, and startups — and we finish jobs so they look like professionals did them. What you'll do
- Install and replace furnaces, air handlers, condensers, mini-splits, and VRF systems
- Run refrigeration piping, hang sheet-metal duct, and complete trim-out
- Follow the plan, keep the site organized, and protect the customer's property
- Start up systems and catch issues before you leave
- Work solo when it makes sense and as part of a crew on larger multi-unit jobs
- Travel jobsites across lower Westchester and Greenwich, CT What we're looking for
- Experience with HVAC install (helpers with strong mechanical ability considered)
- Comfort with brazing, ductwork, line sets, and equipment setting
- Mini-split / heat pump / VRF experience a plus
- Valid driver's license; EPA Section 608 preferred (we'll support getting it if you're close)
- Own basic hand tools; specialty tools provided
- Reliable, clean work habits, and willing to learn newer equipment and controls
Pay:
$17- 25/hour based on experience, with a pay/evaluation meeting at 3 months.
