Job Description

Job Summary Licensed HVAC Technician / HVAC Division Lead We are seeking a licensed HVAC Technician to join our growing team and lead the development of our new HVAC division. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who takes pride in quality work and is ready to help build and grow a department from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Deliver exceptional customer service. Manage day-to-day HVAC operations and help establish department processes. Ensure all work is completed safely and meets applicable codes.

Qualifications:

Current HVAC license preferred but not required. EPA Certification preferred. Strong troubleshooting and installation experience. Valid driver's license. Self-motivated, dependable, and professional.
