Schedule:

Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Overtime available as needed

What You'll Do:

Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish Guide and train installation helpers in proper techniques Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and customer service Diagnose and address installation-related concerns Communicate with homeowners and provide professional solutions Properly use HVAC tools, equipment, and testing devices

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of HVAC installation experience Previous lead installer or crew lead experience preferred Ability to train and mentor less experienced team members Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record Strong understanding of jobsite safety practices Basic HVAC hand tools required

Physical Requirements:
