SIGN ON BONUS OF UP TO
$5,000!!! Arco Home Services is looking for experienced Residential HVAC Service Technicians who are confident, sharp with customers, and take pride in quality work.
Pay:
$60,000 - $100,000+ Earning Potential (Hourly + Uncapped Commission)
Location:
Bedford Heights, OH (servicing up to an hour out and back)

Match PTO & Holidays What You'll Be Doing:
Troubleshoot & Repair:
Expertly diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (forced air, A/C, heat pumps, boilers, etc.) with a clean, efficient approach.
Maintenance:
Perform thorough preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups.
Customer Consultation:
Communicate clearly and honestly with homeowners about system issues, providing repair options and recommending upgrades or replacements when appropriate.
Installation:
Assist with or perform system installations as needed (a plus if you are strong in this area).
Sales Support:
Identify opportunities to upsell services, accessories, and system enhancements that improve comfort and efficiency, while building trust and long-term customer relationships.
What You'll Bring:
Minimum 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience Strong mechanical skills and proven ability in diagnostics and repair. Solid communication and customer-facing skills —you know how to build relationships with homeowners.
Required Certifications:
EPA Certification (NATE is a definite plus!) A clean driving record and valid driver's license.
