Full-Time Your Impact We are seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Technician to manage the maintenance and repair of commercial climate control systems. You will serve as a primary point of contact for our clients, requiring you to demonstrate technical expertise, maintain a spotless driving record, and operate with a high degree of autonomy to deliver exceptional service quality. Core Duties Identify and resolve mechanical issues across various commercial HVAC units, including boilers, heat pumps, ventilation systems, and RTUs. Execute routine inspections and preventive maintenance protocols to ensure optimal system performance and longevity. Install commercial-grade HVAC hardware, ducting, and control systems while strictly adhering to industry codes and project specifications. Ensure all service logs, work orders, and administrative paperwork are processed with precision. Provide clear, professional guidance to clients and internal staff regarding necessary repairs and system improvements. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly following all OSHA safety standards. Ensure that your assigned service vehicle and professional tools remain well-maintained and orderly at all times. Professional Requirements Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in the commercial HVAC industry. Advanced proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex mechanical problems. Current EPA 608 certification is mandatory. Demonstrated ability to manage tasks and complete projects without direct supervision. Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving history. Proficiency in interpreting technical schematics and electrical wiring diagrams. Completion of an HVAC vocational program or equivalent practical field experience is preferred. Physical capability to lift at least 50 lbs., navigate ladders, and perform duties in diverse work settings. Compensation and Perks Attractive salary package.
