Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HVAC and or Refrigeration Technician to join our team and deliver top-tier service in maintaining, repairing, and installing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of mechanical and electrical systems from refrigeration to havc and commercial kitchen equipment .. Ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency. As a vital member of our service team, you will troubleshoot complex equipment issues, interpret schematics, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining safety standards. Your expertise will help keep commercial and industrial facilities running smoothly and efficiently. Willing to train right person. Duties Perform installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, refrigeration units, boilers, and mechanical systems across diverse property types. Diagnose electrical issues using tools such as ohmmeters and conduct electrical diagnostics on HVAC/R equipment. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and building automation system diagrams to accurately identify problems. Repair or replace mechanical components including compressors, fans, pumps, valves, thermostats, and electrical controls. Conduct routine inspections to ensure HVAC system performance aligns with safety standards and operational efficiency. Assist with plumbing tasks related to refrigeration systems and HVAC equipment as needed. Maintain detailed service records, complete work orders promptly, and communicate clearly with clients regarding repairs or installations. Requirements experience as a service technician in HVAC/R systems or refrigeration, electric, plumbing would be helpfull Strong mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration units (including ammonia refrigeration), boilers, and appliances. Ability to read schematics, mechanical drawings, building automation systems, and electrical diagrams. Proficiency with hand tools, electrical testing devices such as ohmmeters, and equipment troubleshooting techniques. Valid EPA certification for refrigerant handling would be a plus, additional certifications in HVAC design or electrical diagnostics are advantageous. Experience working with HVAC system installation, maintenance programs, and mechanical systems repair is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients. Valid driver's license with experience operating a van or service vehicle; willingness to be a van driver is required. Pay:

$20.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
