$28.00 - $32.00 per hour, depending on experience About Us Harbor Mechanical Services is a growing HVAC and plumbing company serving the greater Harrisburg area, handling everything from routine service calls to full system installs for commercial and residential customers. We're busy, we're growing, and we need an experienced tech who can hit the ground running. What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Perform new system installations alongside the install crew
• Communicate directly with customers on-site: explain findings, recommend repairs, and represent Harbor professionally
• Keep accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time on each job
• Maintain your assigned vehicle and equipment What We're Looking For
• EPA 608 Universal Certification (required)
• 2+ years of hands-on HVAC service and/or install experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Own hand tools (specialty/diagnostic tools provided)
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule day-to-day
• Strong communication skills, you're often the only Harbor representative the customer sees
• Plumbing experience is a plus but not required Schedule Full-time.
