We are offering competitive pay rates based on experience. We are looking to hire a detailed-oriented HVAC Technician to maintain, repair and install HVAC systems. Customer satisfaction, safety and comfort is top priority. HVAC Technician Responsibilities Include but not limited to: Qualified applicant must have minimum 3 years of experience in residential/commercial HVAC. Required to service, maintain and troubleshoot Air Conditioning units and oil fired furnaces. Experience working with mini split units a plus. Candidates must be willing to work in all environments including, but not limited to: confined crawl spaces, ladders, roof tops and attics in hot and cold temperatures. Ensure that each service call is performed in accordance with the needs of the situation, is completed in a timely manner, and paperwork for billing is properly completed for the work performed and the parts and equipment used. Safeguard tools and vehicles. Ensure that all surplus materials are returned from jobsites to the warehouse or the truck when the job is finished. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be honest, dependable, and present a neat appearance and positive attitude. Must also be available on-call hours. Position is full-time with benefits. Rate of pay will depend on experience.
