  HVAC Installer
• Job Description
• We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team for a Section 8 housing project in Lorain, OH. This is a 2-year project involving the replacement and installation of furnaces and ductwork. The work schedule consists of 10-hour days from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Responsibilities
• + Replace and install new furnaces and air conditioning units. + Conduct ductwork installation and change-outs. + Run line sets and perform brazing. + Ensure all installations are clean and neat.
• Essential Skills
• + Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and replacement. + Proficiency in pulling out and replacing furnaces and AC units. + Experience with ductwork and line sets. + Ability to braze and perform line set installations. + Must own personal tools for the job.
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + Being able to perform sine sets is a plus. + Reliability and attention to detail in work performance.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $32.

00 - $35.84/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
