$80K•100K a year plus bonuses!
Compensation Breakdown:
Hourly:
$26•32 per hour depending on experience
Annual Range:
$80k•$100k a year Monthly bonus depending on the company meeting budget
Location:
Duncan, SC Schedule:
Full-Time 7-4pm, Monday•Friday with limited weekend work Possible overtime if necessary

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of HVAC experience with a minimum of 2 years of lead installer experience Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes Participate in Company meetings as necessary Must be able to take directions from leadership Valid driver's license and insurable by a company insurance carrier Excellent communication and soft skills Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills Ability to train entry-level installers Ability to follow directions given, both verbally and in writing Must possess basic safety knowledge of tools and surroundings including how to safely use a ladder Ability to insulate ductwork per code Ability to build platforms per code
Desired Qualifications:
Familiarity with residential and commercial HVAC Service Titan software experience

Core Responsibilities:
Install and remove HVAC equipment and flexible ductwork to code Support and connect ductwork with screws per code Run duct cleaning machines and clean dryer vents Prep job sites with drop cloths and floor protectors; move furniture carefully Leave every job site cleaner than you found it Use safety gear daily — gloves, back brace, lifting harness, safety glasses — and watch out for your team Work safely off 10' step ladders and extension ladders Keep your truck clean and stocked; pick up parts from distributors as needed Operate company vehicles safely; report tool or vehicle issues immediately Complete invoices, estimates, orders, inventory, and timecards accurately Use service software on a mobile device to manage workflow Check materials out through warehouse inventory Earn positive Google reviews Follow supervisor instructions; train entry-level installers Other duties as assigned
