We are looking for a dependable, motivated professional with strong diagnostic skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems. Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections. Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, airflow, and mechanical issues. Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to customers. Complete service tickets accurately using a mobile device. Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and work area. Follow all safety procedures and company standards. Participate in an on-call rotation as needed. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of residential HVAC service experience (required). EPA Certification (required). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC systems without supervision. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments.
