What You'll Do:

Install HVAC systems on residential and commercial new construction projects. Read and follow blueprints, mechanical drawings, and project plans accurately. Assist in installing ductwork, vents, air handlers, rooftop units, and HVAC accessories. Work closely with other trades, foremen, and senior technicians to ensure projects stay on schedule. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards. Learn and grow your technical skills under guidance from experienced team members.

Requirements:

1-3 years of HVAC installation experience (new construction preferred). Ability to read basic blueprints and mechanical drawings. Comfortable using hand and power tools; physically able to lift and work on ladders or elevated platforms. Strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork . Willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on environment.
