Competitive hourly rate (based on experience), plus bonuses, and benefits About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Middle Tennessee. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and/or light commercial heating and cooling systems while providing excellent customer service. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys working independently, and values a company culture built on integrity and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair HVAC systems , including heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioners, and mini-split systems Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups Accurately document service calls, repairs, and recommendations in company software Communicate clearly with homeowners and business owners regarding repair options and system performance Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal codes Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and inventory Participate in ongoing training and certification programs Respond to after-hours service calls on a rotating basis Qualifications 3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred EPA Universal Certification required Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean driving record Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Excellent communication and customer service skills NATE certification is a plus Familiarity with mobile dispatch and invoicing software preferred (e.g., ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, FieldEdge) Benefits Competitive pay based on experience and performance Insurance Stipend Paid time off and holidays Ongoing training and career development opportunities About Us We are a locally owned and operated HVAC company proudly serving Middle Tennessee.
