As an HVAC Installer, you will perform full residential and light commercial system installations , including equipment, ductwork, line sets, thermostats, and accessories. You'll work closely with our Install Coordinator and Lead Tech to ensure every install is completed safely, efficiently, and to Aire Serv standards. This role is flat‑rate per install , rewarding techs who are efficient, organized, and committed to quality. Compensation Flat‑Rate Per Install Each install has a predetermined flat‑rate value based on system type and complexity Additional pay available for accessories, add‑ons, and complex installs Paid Weekly Potential for bonus Schedule Monday-Friday Occasional Saturdays based on workload Year‑round work — no seasonal layoffs Responsibilities Complete full HVAC system installations (residential + light commercial) Install ductwork, line sets, drain lines, thermostats, and accessories Maintain a clean, safe jobsite Communicate professionally with customers and team members Follow all safety, code, and company standards Document work performed and materials used Assist with system start‑ups and testing Requirements 5+ years minimum HVAC installation experience EPA certification Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics/crawlspaces Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Professional appearance and communication Must pass background check and drug screening Benefits Medical, dental, vision, life insurance (after 90 days) Paid training & career development Company vehicle during work hours Tool allowance opportunities Supportive, organized operations team
