DOE M-F 7AM - 4PM
w/ overtime as needed We are seeking an experienced commercial HVAC Maintenance Technician with 2-5 years of hands-on experience to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and general upkeep of HVAC systems and related equipment. Responsibilities Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems and equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues and complete necessary repairs. Maintain and repair air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and related mechanical systems. Replace filters, belts, motors, thermostats, and other components as needed. Monitor system performance and identify potential issues before they become major problems. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs. Respond to service calls and maintenance requests in a timely manner. Follow all safety procedures and applicable codes and regulations. Assist with other facility maintenance duties as needed. Qualifications 2-5 years of hands-on HVAC maintenance experience, preferably commercial. HVAC or EPA certification. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical components, and basic electrical troubleshooting. Strong understanding of preventive maintenance practices. Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently.
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
