Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heating systems, and ventilation equipment. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure efficient operation. Troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems using schematics and technical manuals to diagnose problems accurately. Perform field service tasks, responding promptly to service calls and customer inquiries. Repair or replace defective components in HVAC systems as needed. Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and time spent on each job. Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure high-quality service delivery. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on-site. Qualifications Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in equipment repair or field service. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating units, and plumbing aspects related to these systems. Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings related to HVAC equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC technology are preferred but not mandatory.
