Job Description:

HVAC Technician HVAC Technicians are primarily responsible for performing installs, repairs and maintenance to a variety of equipment including but not limited to: air conditioners, air handlers, coils, compressors, mini splits, heat pumps, and gas furnaces. Our HVAC technicians are expected to lead the team by diagnosing and servicing a vast amount of our clientele in the Austin/Buda/Kyle area.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience
• Highly knowledgeable in HVAC systems
• Ability to trouble-shoot, and refer specific maintenance
• Ability to work Monday-Friday and be on-call some Saturdays.
• Must have valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift, climb, and work in uncomfortable environments at job sites
• Knowledgeable in customer service and ability to talk over the phone and face-to-face in a respectful manner
• Must be reliable and dependable and respond to service calls in a timely matter

Salary and Benefits:

• $60-90,000 average annual salary, including commission earned per service call.
