We are looking for a dependable, motivated individual who wants to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry. Previous HVAC experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic, mechanical ability, and a willingness to learn. This position will assist with and perform residential HVAC service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs throughout the McAllen and surrounding Rio Grande Valley area. Responsibilities Assist with diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC systems Perform preventive maintenance and routine service Assist with HVAC repairs and component replacement Check electrical components, refrigerant systems, airflow, and system operation Communicate professionally with customers and team members Maintain a clean and organized work area and company vehicle Complete service documentation accurately Follow company procedures and safety requirements Continue developing HVAC troubleshooting and technical skills Qualifications HVAC experience preferred, but entry-level candidates with some HVAC knowledge or training are encouraged to apply Strong mechanical aptitude Willingness to learn and take direction Dependable and punctual Professional attitude and appearance Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to work outdoors in South Texas weather conditions Ability to lift and carry HVAC tools, equipment, and materials HVAC trade school experience is a plus EPA certification is a plus Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Pay:

$13.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
