EPA HVAC
Certified Maintenance Technician to join our team at a newly constructed apartment community in Pharr, Texas. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team and help maintain a beautiful community while delivering exceptional service to our residents. Responsibilities Complete resident maintenance service requests promptly and professionally. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems while ensuring all work is performed safely and efficiently. Perform repairs involving plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general maintenance. Complete apartment make-readies, inspections, and touch-ups. Perform preventative maintenance throughout the community. Maintain the property's grounds, common areas, amenities, and building exteriors. Assist with pool maintenance (CPO Certification is a plus). Respond to after-hours emergency maintenance calls as part of an on-call rotation. Maintain accurate work order documentation. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Work closely with the Property Manager to ensure the community is maintained to the highest standards. Required Qualifications
EPA HVAC
Certification is required. Minimum of 2 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, drywall, and painting. Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues independently. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform physical work. Must be available to participate in an on-call rotation for maintenance emergencies.
