Duties Installing light commercial equipment, primarily in medical buildings Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects (up to 100 lbs.), standing for long periods, and frequent climbing Experience working in various weather conditions, extreme heat, and cold Comfortable working in confined spaces Organized with good communication skills Operate scissors and genie lifts in a safe manner Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record Must be able to pass a background check and drug test Physical fitness and endurance to meet the demands of the job Universal EPA. Install various types of HVAC systems including split systems, rooftop units, process chillers and other HVAC equipment Ability to follow blueprints and understand technical instructions Refrigerant line sets, chiller piping, low voltage wiring, and drain lines Sheet metal, ductwork, insulation, and re-ducting Perform startups and troubleshooting for diverse HVAC systems. Maintain a clean and organized job site and a well-inventoried truck Occasional overnight travel Experience Proven experience as a service technician in HVAC installation or maintenance roles with a solid understanding of HVAC/R systems. Hands-on experience with construction projects involving mechanical systems installation is highly desirable. Familiarity with schematics, technical drawings, and HVAC design principles is essential for precise work execution. Mechanical knowledge combined with field service experience enables quick diagnosis and effective solutions under pressure. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Pay:

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
