Hours:
Monday - Friday 8-5 (When working overtime Monday-Thursday 10-hour shift & Friday 8-hour shift)
Job Duties:
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, ductwork, and refrigeration systems Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using appropriate testing equipment Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal codes and safety regulations Handle refrigerants responsibly in compliance with EPA standards Provide excellent customer service and explain system issues and solutions clearly to clients Accurately complete service reports, work orders, and maintenance logs Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicle in safe working condition
Job Requirements:
HVAC/R Certification from an accredited technical school or apprenticeship program State HVAC License OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification Strong understanding of electrical systems, controls, refrigeration cycles, and airflow principles Ability to use diagnostic tools, gauges, meters, and hand/power tools Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, and climb ladders Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
