Job Description

About the Role As a HVAC Technician, you will support a medical client by maintaining and servicing the mechanical and electrical components of commercial HVAC systems. Your responsibilities include proactive performance testing, scheduled preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs to ensure reliable and efficient facility operations. In addition to HVAC work, you will assist with other trades as needed to support overall building performance. This is a Monday-Friday day shift position with participation in an on call rotation, requiring strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant environment. What You'll Do
  • Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems used for building. This includes heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment.
  • Conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation of equipment and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and work safety.
  • Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine best course of action for equipment modifications.
  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
  • Assist other trades as needed, including plumbing, electrical and general maintenance, to support overall facility operations and maintenance.
  • Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
  • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. What You'll Need
  • High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
Ankush Pay:
Up to $31.00 per hour
