Identify issues accurately and explain repair options in a clear, customer-friendly manner. Maintain a clean and professional work environment by protecting customers' homes with floor savers, drop cloths, and proper cleanup. Complete every job with attention to detail to reduce callbacks and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service vehicle. Sign-on Bonus:
$5,000 total bonus for lead or experienced technician. $2,500 after completing 6 months $2,500 after completing 12 months The support you need: Quality tools, reliable parts, and management that trusts your expertise What We're Looking For At least 2 years of residential HVAC service experience. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Ability to explain technical issues in a professional and respectful manner. Someone who takes pride in doing the job right the first time. Comfortable working in tight spaces, lifting up to 80 pounds, and working in various weather conditions. Clean background check and drug-free. Valid driver's license with a clean 36-month driving record. A dependable team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
