$23-$40/hr DOE, plus overtime opportunities Join Our Team! Pacific Mechanical is seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to join our growing Central Washington team. We provide service, maintenance, and installation for commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and food service equipment throughout the region. We are looking for a technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys troubleshooting, and values exceptional customer service. Whether you're an experienced HVAC/R technician looking to expand into commercial kitchen equipment or already have hot-side equipment experience, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment. Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues. Complete accurate service reports using a mobile work order system. Communicate professionally with customers regarding equipment condition and repair recommendations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Participate in an on-call rotation as needed. Follow all company safety policies and industry best practices. Preferred (Not Required) Diagnose, repair, and install commercial hot-side kitchen equipment, including: Fryers Ovens Griddles Steamers Broilers Warmers Other commercial cooking equipment Minimum Qualifications Minimum 2 years of commercial HVAC and refrigeration experience (required). EPA Universal Certification (required). Washington State 06A Electrical License preferred, but not required. Experience reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on rooftops, ladders, and in tight spaces. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
