EPA Certification Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential properties. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
• Repair or replace defective components in HVAC systems
• Install new heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
• Follow blueprints, schematics, and building codes to ensure proper installation
• Test HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning correctly
• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
• EPA certification preferred
