  • 1 Flexographic Press Operator
  • 2nd Shift We are seeking an experienced Flexographic Press Operator with at least 5 years of flexographic printing experience.
Experience operating a Mark Andy Performance Series P7 is highly preferred. This is a 2nd shift position with a 4-day work week . Responsibilities Set up and operate flexographic printing presses Complete press changeovers and job setups Mount plates and install dies, inks, and other materials Mix and adjust inks and monitor color consistency Make press adjustments to maintain print quality Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Troubleshoot press and print-quality issues Perform routine cleaning and basic press maintenance Complete production and quality documentation Maintain a clean and safe work area Qualifications Minimum 5 years of flexographic press operating experience Mark Andy P7 experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of flexographic printing processes Ability to independently set up, operate, and troubleshoot a press Experience with color matching, registration, plate mounting, and die cutting Ability to read job specifications and follow production requirements Strong attention to quality and detail Dependable and able to work independently
