HVAC Technical Services:

Titan Air, located in Osseo, WI is a leading manufacturer of industrial heating & cooling equipment. We currently have an opening for an HVAC Technical Service Position.

Primary Job Objective:

Provide technical service assistance and training to customers, representatives, and Titan Air employees on the proper use, maintenance, service of Titan Air equipment through job site service and phone support.

ESSENTIAL DUITES

Provide technical assistance and resolution of technical service issues to internal and external customers by telephone or in person. Maintain composure when dealing with difficult issues or customers. Apply knowledge of major components, control components, standards, and codes for the resolution of technical issues. Keep thorough records of technical service issues, recording details of inquiries and complaints, as well as actions taken for resolution. Up to 50% travel across all 50 states. Assist in factory testing of custom air handlers. Receive warranty requests from the field and notify customers of any concerns. Draft and revise forms for field personnel and start up procedures. Maintain list of qualified service contractors for Titan Air equipment. Perform any other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS 1.

Three to five years in technical service or field maintenance in HVAC industry preferred. Will consider the right candidate with base education, but less field experience. 2. Knowledge of HVAC and electrical tools and their use as it pertains to servicing equipment. 3. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. 4. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other computer use.

Pay:

$32.00 - $38.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
