Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems Service furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps Interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals Make repair vs. replace recommendations based on system condition Perform preventative maintenance and system performance checks Apply knowledge of air balancing principles and sheet metal practices Process job documentation accurately and efficiently Deliver exceptional customer communication and service Participate in on-call rotation and occasional overtime Schedule Various Full-Time Hours Required Qualifications Technical school completion + 3 years HVAC experience (6-8 years of field experience may substitute for formal schooling) Valid driver's license with insurable driving record Universal EPA Certification (required) Ability to read wiring diagrams Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience with residential HVAC systems Knowledge of sheet metal practices Strong customer service and communication skills Must own basic hand tools (we supply everything else) Preferred Qualifications Experience with residential boiler/hydronic systems NATE Certified (or willingness to obtain) Experience with advanced diagnostics and controls Understanding of air balancing principles Why Capital?
