In this role, you will be responsible for performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues in a timely manner Maintain and repair pumps, motors, conveyors, compressors, gearboxes, valves, and other mechanical systems Inspect equipment to identify wear, damage, or potential failures before they impact production Install, assemble, and test new machinery and equipment Initiate or assist with facility maintenance orders including welding, plumbing, electrical, painting, and building repairs Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety regulations, SOPs, and OSHA safety policies Collaborate with production and operations teams to minimize downtime Recommend equipment improvements and process enhancements to increase reliability and efficiency

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience required Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, motors, and power transmission Familiarity with HVAC systems and Spray Dryer equipment Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments, and diagnostic equipment Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance manuals Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments

$28.00

•$30.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM

•3:30 PM Weekend and overtime availability required as needed
