Role:
Manufacturing Company is looking for a skilled Assembler with strong mechanical aptitude and blueprint reading capabilities. You will assemble core transformer components using hand and power tools while upholding strict quality and tolerance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble precision transformer sub-assemblies and components according to engineering drawings and work instructions. Install, fit, and secure mechanical hardware, including bolts, screws, brackets, and structural fittings. Operate manual hand tools, pneumatic/electric power tools, torque wrenches, and tape measures. Read and interpret complex technical blueprints, schematics, and mechanical assembly drawings. Perform quality checks and dimensional inspections on finished assemblies to ensure exact specifications. Collaborate with production team members to achieve daily throughput goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven manufacturing, mechanical, or electrical assembly experience required. Strong mechanical inclination with demonstrated troubleshooting capabilities. Proven ability to read and interpret industrial blueprints, technical schematics, and mechanical drawings. Skilled in using precision measuring tools and standard assembly power tools. Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and adaptability in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
Pay:
From $17.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 76.0 per week
