This hands-on position requires a well-rounded maintenance professional with strong electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting abilities. The successful candidate will diagnose equipment failures, perform preventative and corrective maintenance, and support continuous production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include maintaining motors, gearboxes, conveyors, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, PLC-controlled equipment, electrical control systems, and other production machinery essential to rubber manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in rubber compounding, polymers, plastics, chemical processing, or other industrial manufacturing environments where equipment reliability and production uptime are critical. Experience troubleshooting three-phase electrical systems, motor controls, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial mechanical systems is strongly preferred. This role is best suited for a maintenance professional who can independently identify root causes of equipment issues, perform safe and effective repairs, and contribute to the overall reliability and performance of production operations. Candidates with strong industrial maintenance experience from related manufacturing industries who possess transferable electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills will also be considered.

Pay:

$34.00 - $41.00 per hour
