What Makes the Job Great Work on a wide variety of industrial machinery and equipment Stable, long-term opportunity with an established company Collaborative shop environment with opportunities to expand your technical skillset Work alongside experienced machinists and industrial repair professionals What You'll Be Doing Disassemble, inspect, diagnose, repair, and rebuild industrial machinery and equipment Service pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings, shafts, and power transmission components Perform inspections and identify worn or damaged parts Take and record precise measurements using micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Reassemble and test equipment to ensure proper operation Work with machinists and other shop personnel to complete repair projects Assist with hydraulic, pneumatic, welding, and other repair-related tasks as needed Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements Who We're Looking For Previous industrial mechanic, industrial maintenance, machinery repair, or related experience required Experience repairing and rebuilding industrial machinery and equipment Strong troubleshooting and mechanical diagnostic skills Experience working with pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings, shafts, and power transmission equipment preferred Proficient using precision measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Must possess basic mechanic hand tools Welding, machining, hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical experience is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Ability to work independently while maintaining quality and safety standards What You Can Expect $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience Monday through Friday schedule, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Weekly pay Opportunity for permanent hire with excellent benefits Company-paid portion of health insurance for employees and families 10 paid holidays PTO program with increased accrual based on tenure Long-term career opportunity with a stable and respected company
