Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Location:

Center Hill, FL Pay:

$18.00-$24.00/hr Full-Time | 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Available Overtime Available We are seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanics to join a fast-paced food manufacturing/meat processing facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience of troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial production equipment and be comfortable working in a hot, cold, wet, and humid environment.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a safety-first culture and follow all facility safety policies and procedures. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and facility security requirements. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems . Install, align, test, and maintain new equipment and systems as directed. Maintain and repair conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, valves, and other industrial equipment . Set up, operate, maintain, and service industry-specific production equipment. Create, complete, and document work orders, repairs, and maintenance activities. Maintain equipment to support efficiency, continuous improvement, safety, and quality. Respond promptly and cooperatively to radio calls. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, maintenance, or field service. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. Familiarity with industrial electrical work. Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment. Ability to operate scissor lifts and other heavy equipment. Understanding of HVAC systems preferred . Must have basic hand tools. Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and adapt to changing priorities. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work on equipment for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly . Comfortable working in hot, cold, wet, and humid environments . Food manufacturing/meat processing environment.

Schedule:

1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts available. Full-time Shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays based on production needs. Overtime as required. IND_dadecity

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
