Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Industrial Mechanic to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment and systems to ensure optimal production efficiency. Responsibilities Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems utilizing tools such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and low voltage testers. Repair or replace faulty components including motors, pumps, valves, sensors, and wiring in accordance with safety standards. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, maintenance history, and equipment status updates. Mig and Tig Welding Skills Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to facilitate accurate repairs. Operate industrial equipment such as scissor lifts safely while adhering to OSHA regulations; perform welding using welding standards when necessary. Assist in the installation of machinery upgrades by following detailed engineering plans and schematics. Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime by providing rapid response troubleshooting for equipment failures. Qualifications Proven experience as an industrial mechanic within a manufacturing facility environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including hydraulics, pneumatics, and precision measuring instruments. Skilled in welding according to standards Excellent analysis skills coupled with problem-solving abilities for complex engineering troubleshooting scenarios. Strong communication skills in English; able to read schematics and technical manuals fluently. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety protocols.
