Maintenance Industrial Mechanic - Full-time Shift 2nd and 3rd $28.05/Hr. +$3/Hr. Shift Incentive
Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. regularly. Team player who can work with minimal supervision Must be able to lift 50lbs frequently and 70lbs occasionally
POSITION SUMMARY
Industrial Mechanics are responsible to ensure the safe and correct operation of all equipment through preventative and proactive maintenance procedures. This is a fast paced and physically demanding position that makes our job a vital part of keeping the Distribution Center operational and product flow coming in and moving out. Our job is primarily an indoor responsibility, but there will be times that you will be required to work outdoors.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Completion of scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment. Troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment. Proactively identify and repair any faulty equipment. Work with other Industrial Mechanics to be the most efficient and make the most effective decision on repairs. Track and maintain a log of daily work completedPOSITION REQUIREMENTS
Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving and communication. Basic understanding and safe operation of hand/power tools. Bending, kneeling, twisting, climbing ladders/ stairs.Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. regularly.
