Duties / Responsibilities include:

• The ability to read a tape measure and use both hand and power tools safely.
• Ability to follow directions a must.
• Have an eye for detail.
• Maintain a positive teamwork atmosphere by actions, communication, and teamwork.
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a pre-hire drug screen and background check.
• Have a solid attendance record.
• Follow all safe work practices and keep a clean and organized work area.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills /

Abilities:

• MUST be mechanically inclined.
• Prior work experience in one or more of the following areas: air and hydraulics, wiring, axles, engines, electrical wiring, inspection, or pre-delivery finishing is preferred, but not required.
• A background working with Dump Trucks, Semi Trucks, Concrete Mixers, or the assembly of other heavy construction equipment is preferred.
• Willing to train the right candidates.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at a time.
• Must have manual dexterity in order to assemble products.
• Must have good hand-eye coordination.
