What You'll Do As a Production Mechanic, you'll work alongside experienced builders learning every phase of custom pool construction and renovation.

Responsibilities include:

Assist with all phases of swimming pool construction and renovation. Perform excavation support, plumbing, steel, concrete, equipment installation, and finishing work. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment under supervision. Load and unload materials while maintaining a clean and organized job site. Accurately log time and job progress using company software. Drive company vehicles safely while following all company policies. Work closely with Crew Leaders and Superintendents to complete projects safely and efficiently. Follow OSHA safety standards and maintain a safe work environment. Qualifications include:

Dependable with excellent attendance. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Willingness to learn from experienced teammates. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift 50+ pounds. Valid driver's license. Current DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain one). Strongly Preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish). Construction, landscaping, concrete, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, or other skilled trades experience. Military, athletics, or physically demanding work experience.
