Maintenance Mechanic Overview Industrial Maintenance Mechanics needed to manage the general maintenance and operations of a large industrial site in McKinney, TX. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who can work in a team environment and has good customer relations skills.

Duties:

Perform preventive maintenance on buildings and equipment. Install new equipment or perform upgrades as needed to ensure uninterrupted support of manufacturing operations. Respond to customer work requests in office and manufacturing environments.

Skills:

Ability to speak English. Must pass pre-employment drug screen and annual drug screen. Background check required. Problem-solving skills. Licensed in electrical, plumbing or HVAC trades is helpful but not required. Ability to work with hand tools from ladders, scaffolds and lifts when needed. Ability to work in a a team environment and interface with customers who request work.
