Corliss Resources LLC seeks a Millwright/Maintenance Mechanic to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair crushers, conveyors, mixers, and plant equipment supporting aggregate and ready-mix operations. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, aligning and installing machinery, welding and fabrication, and safely responding to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime. You'll work closely with a safety-first, family-oriented team, supporting critical construction projects across the Pacific Northwest and building long-term skills in a stable, hands-on industrial environment. Responsibilities Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair crushers, conveyors, mixers, and related plant equipment Perform scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime Install, align, and rebuild mechanical components such as bearings, gearboxes, and shafts Perform welding and basic fabrication for guards, chutes, and structural components Diagnose and repair basic hydraulic and pneumatic system issues Respond safely and efficiently to equipment breakdowns during production Read and interpret mechanical drawings, manuals, and schematics Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders Follow all safety, lockout/tagout, and environmental procedures Collaborate with operators and supervisors to prioritize repairs and improvements Required Skills Mechanical troubleshooting Industrial equipment repair Welding and cutting Hydraulic systems maintenance Pneumatic systems maintenance Conveyor and crusher maintenance Blueprints and schematics reading Preventive and predictive maintenance Industrial electrical basics Rigging and hoisting
