POSITION OVERVIEW
Assists in the day-to-day activities of the construction and maintenance operations by completing assigned tasks
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Completes lawn and plant care tasks, including mowing, edging, weeding, and mulching Completes assigned tasks efficiently, thoroughly, and in accordance with company production rates and requirements Operates all landscaping equipment in accordance with manufacturer and safety standards Uses basic tools safely and properly, including but not limited to, shovels, grading rakes, spades, grub hoes, and wheelbarrows Follows all project plans, material lists, and/or guidelines Ensures installation of all lawns, plants, and masonry align with company standards Maintains a clean and safe work site including proper maintenance and care of all company equipment Works in a safe manner and reports any/all unsafe conditions to Crew Leader and/or Maintenance/Construction Operations Manager Promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices Position may perform other duties as assigned Requirements
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Minimum 1 year landscape industry experience preferred, not required

Ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to perform all aspects of landscape tasks in a safe manner Ability to manage multiple priorities/tasks
