Job Description
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and motivated Maintenance Worker to join our team and assist with the daily maintenance and upkeep of our community. Qualifications & Requirements Must have a valid DL and a good driving record. Previous maintenance, landscaping, or property maintenance experience preferred. Experience safely operating and maintaining power tools and landscaping equipment, including: Hedge trimmers Weed-whackers Chain saws Blowers Trimmers Experience with weed removal, tree trimming, landscaping, and general property maintenance. Irrigation knowledge and experience is a plus. Must be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude. Must be dependable, punctual, and prepared to work each scheduled workday. Must be able to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks independently, accurately, and promptly. Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds as part of the essential job duties. Must follow all applicable safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is reliable, works well with others, and is willing to assist wherever needed to keep the property clean, safe, and well maintained.
